this module controls fan speed for climate control it is a good chance it is this module. If you follow the wires from the fan motor it will go back to the module there will be two plugs on the module one will be feeding the fan the other is power feed it located in the duct then check for power there it is common for them to just go bad there is fan relay and fuses but it sound like your module
