It's pretty easy. Loosen the lug nuts and remove the axle nut while it's on the ground. Raise and support the vehicle with jack stands. Remove the wheels and remove the 3 bolts from the hub assembly. If the hub assembly is rusted to the axleshaft, thread the nut back on so it's flush with the end of the shaft and hit it with a hammer. Once it breaks loose the hub assembly should just pull off. You may need to hit it from the back side to break it free of the rust in the steering knuckle.
