i got a question in my 2000 buick regal i got a noise that is annoying it its inside my car around driver side door it sounds like a wind up toy going off and it is around the dash board underneath what can it be my odometer went out its digital and it just flickerd out dont know if that has to do with anything hoe hard is it to change that out
