Start telephoning locksmiths in your area. Typically they have much greater key knowledge than a dealer and access to more key blanks than a dealer, too.
They may be able to cut a valet key, too.

I know that dealing with dealers (so to speak) can be frustrating, but your request is pretty unusual, and if the guy at the counter can't help, is that really a reason to be rude? That guy cannot give you something that Chrysler does not supply.
