Re: Which brakes?

The pads are not wearing out as fast. I had all the wheels off today to replace shocks and checked all the brakes. The rear brakes are fine after 20,000 miles as I figured since they do minimal braking. The front pads aren't worn down too much, however the front driver rotor shows some signs of warpage. I can feel it in the pedal but just slightly, so they're good for now. I always suspected the driver side front being problematic as I always hear a noise as if the caliper was moving while braking and very loud squealing.

Also, the front driver caliper does wiggle a bit when pushed on. I noticed it when my friend who was helping me rested his arm on it while we were bleeding the brake lines with fresh fluid. Is a little movement ordinary, or is something loose/worn/broken? All of the bolts seemed tight.

way2old, I saw those on the site I got my shocks from and they were in my top 2 choices. I will probably be getting these once I solve the underlying issue as to why my brakes go so quickly. Thanks for your input though. That probably just sold me on those
