I'm not sure how tall you are or if you ever have passengers in your car, but the but the 3 class is not people friendly. Secondly, I am as fond of a well tuned car as the next guy, but beemer have that awful "snob" stinch. Third, the max has a better maintenance record than any class beemer. Ask a tow truck driver, he'll tell ya!
