Okay my truck ('96 5.7L vortech) overheated the other day. Got to about 240-250. shut if off for a few hours, then drove it home staying around normal temp. Replaced the thermostat, but drove it around and notice high oil pressure. Needless to say I got coolant in the oil, but no oil in the coolant, and no smoke out the tail pipe. Everyone says head gasket or heads, but I ripped it apart and when I got to the intake gaskets they were both blown at the two coolant ports at the front. Did I find my leak, or should I keep going. Talked to a veteran mechanic and he said that should be all I need to go because the gaskets I put in 2 years ago (I installed a rebuilt motor 2 years ago) were not of high quality. I didn't do a compression test

before I pulled it apart, but like i said no smoke out the tail pipe. What do you think?
