UGH! I wanna push this van off a cliff. I got everything put back together and now I cant get the fuel pump lock ring to lock in place.
It would NOT fit with the largest of the gaskets in place (directly under the sending unit) so I had to do it without that. I managed to get all but 2 of the clips on the retainer in place, but upon starting up it leaks fuel pretty healthy.
Can I use silicone or any kind of seal-all?
