This sounds like such bullshit that you have to pay for their mistakes and i think i'd die before going through such a hassle to get a car here. But in the end I guess if I really want my own Skyline R34 then I have to suck it up and bend over first.
Why do the Americans always get screwed when we want high performance foreign cars?
Also, if anyone knows a cheaper way to get an R34 for me in the states please let me know.

The best way to import a GT-R is just buy one from J's Garage

Then, contract through Motorex to import the car into the US.
Make sure that J's Garage ships the car in a container so the chances of theft/vandilism/damage is greatly reduced.
