On that one, I'll take a guess because my GT is single zone A/C. But sounds like an electric malfunction, most likely the driver's side temp knob switch needs to be replaced, but check first on an electric shop. My A/C fan stopped working when set to the 1 dial, it was the resistence switch. Your's 10 years young, the weather strip and the A/C issue happen to mine last year, he's a 98.
