Well, from my quick searching, it appears that new rotors may be all you need to accommodate the dual wheel's offset. I didn't see any different part numbers for the caliper or control arms, but couldn't find out if there are different spindles. For sure you'll have to change them because it will have to be longer to reach through the deeper rotor hub. Should be easy to find in a used parts yard from a cargo van/truck, etc. Good luck!
