In the 2007, which should be the same as the 06, your need to take the headlight assembly completely out in order to access the low beam light. The others can be removed without taking it out. The procedure for removing the headlight assembly is detailed in the owners manual.

Basically three screws, and you have to pull one plastic fastener from the fascia (bumper) and pull the bumper back a bit, and pull the assembly out. Again, it is in the manual, and easy to do.
