Disregard; I found the problem and it ended up not being the fuse at all. Previous to this problem i had to fix the linkage from the inner-door handle to the latch and when i reconnected the master panel the electrical connection was loose opening the circuit. Reseated it and all is well.

Good day! My wife has a `99 Chevy Prism, and all four power windows have stopped working; its kind of an emergency on account that 3 windows are down at the moment but neverthless -- i'll be darned if i cant find the fuse for the power windows, i've looked under the hood in 2 different fuse boxes; no power window fuse; i've also looked under the dash on the driver side which i thought would be more promising; but according to the diagram the power window fuse isn't there;

BOTTOM LINE;

where is the power window fuse on a 99' chevy prism?
