As RC said its not possible. Take the throttle body off. Clean it with lacquer thinner or break clean. Clean the IAC valve. Its the one with the spring. The other is the TPS. You need a t20 torx and a 10mm to remove the throttle body. The throttle cable is easier to take off when you remove the TB first. Do not clean the TPS. Keep the piston of the valve and the spring pointed down as you clean it with CRC electrical parts cleaner and brake clean. If not the cleaning agents will get inside the valve and really mess it up.

ECTs can still go bad again. I would check the connector for corrosion aka green shit. If there is oil leaking out of the valve cover that too can cause a fire. It needs to be taken care of. Pull the spark plug wires out... if they have oil on them it's leaking... if they don't and there is some on the outside of the head... it's still leaking. Replace it. Take a picture if you need to. Post it on here for us to see what you are seeing. Most importantly.... TAKE OUR ADVICE!

Whoops.... didn't know you were two different people. Still cleaning the TB should be a maintenance.
