Did all of your lights in your dash go out at the same time?
If so, then it probably isn't the bulbs.
Could be a fuse or a bad ground.
But if you are looking for some help on removing the instrument cluster,
Here is some step by step help.

Instrument Cluster

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

2. If equipped with a tilt column, tilt the steering wheel down.

3. If equipped with a standard column, remove the four bolts securing the steering column to the instrument panel frame.

4. Lower the steering column.

5. Disconnect the speedometer cable from the instrument panel.

6. Remove the cap screws securing the instrument cluster bezel to the instrument panel.

7. Remove the instrument cluster bezel.

8. Remove the screws and bolts securing the instrument cluster to the instrument panel.

9. Pull the instrument cluster out slightly and disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear of the instrument cluster.

10. Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:
Make sure the instrument cluster is held in its forward most position while attaching the two upper cluster screws.

NOTE:
Test drive the vehicle and verify proper speedometer and gauge operation.
