The ESP light is traction control. If you loose tire traction the light may pop on (which is a normal function) or you may have a switch problem if it stays on. Your glow plug warning light is a totally separate issue, though both are now on. One or more of the plugs are malfunctioning. Just have your glow plugs replaced.
