I just changed the turn signal relay on my 1994 Buick Skylark. I need to change the hazard relay too but can't find it, though I can hear it clicking. Both service manuals, Haynes and the one from Buick, are zero help.

I get the impression its in the column someplace. The Buick Service Manual says to remove a left extension panel called a "convenience panel" but I can't find the darn thing. The turn signal relay was right under the dash. I had to remove the panel underneath the dash for that so I could see everything but couldn't find the hazard relay.
