The saga continues.
I got a call from the mechanic yesterday afternoon. Turns out the "oil" isn't oil after all... it's coming from the transmission. But they have to pull the tranny to find the cause. You probably don't remember but I lost 3rd gear and had to have the transmission rebuilt and I had just gotten it back a few days before the VIR event 3 weeks ago.
So now I have to either pay someone to pull and find the problem or trailer it 6 hours back to where I had it "fixed". I'm not happy.
