Problems are: 1) there are no models of this truck, closest is the '84 Fall guy release , which I have but it's a shortbed. I can extend the bed though.

You might want to consider purchasing the
Scale Production Fall Guy Transkit. It has the extended bed and Sierra markings.
For the bedliner I'd try to find packaging material or something similar. If you're not successful try to find Evergreen sheets. They are available with similar textures...
