I recently took my Burb to the dealership and had them replace the bushings and pins in my driver side door. They were worn as evidenced by the up and down movement check they did and I was hearing a door rattle going over bumps. However, I still have the rattle sound. It sounds like the door rattle is coming from the top of the door but there is no evidence of paint rub anywhere. This only happens when it is cold out. As soon as the warm weather arrives the problem goes away. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
