As mentioned earlier, keeping these idiots out of elected positions requires "educating the voters before the election".
The problem with that is... the majority of the voters are un-educatable, (is that a word???), that's how
got where he is. He's like a turtle on a fence post: noone knows how he got there and he sure as hell didn't get there by himself.
