Your in Open loop (OL) fuel delivery. That's because your thermostat is stuck open. You should be at 195F at operating temperature. Once in closed loop, fuel delivery is based on the O2 Sensors. OEM thermostat from the dealer only (20 bucks).
Also, your Secondary Air Injections system is cloged. Youll soon get a P0410 im sure.
Follow this and clean the passages ways out. Usually they are clogged with carbon :
