I do give one nominee credit that came clean and that was NM Governor Bill Richardson. He was nominated for Commerce Secretary but bailed out in time to minimize the bad publicity and fallout for the Obama administration. Richardson who we all know is a Clintonite is subject to a grand jury investigation over how state contracts were issued to political donors.
Hell, the issue over whether Obama was really born in Hawaii or Kenya is still in the federal court system.
