Motor mounts. I just replaced my front one and the clunking has gone almost completely away. I suspect the rear could be done as well. You can test it though. Have someone sit in the drivers seat and with a good hold on the brake, raise the engine speed a little the motor should not move much. If it heaves dramtically, the mounts are broken.
