Possibly the rear springs are broken. It's been an ongoing problem on Focus due to the cheap quality springs they use. Raise the rear wheels off the ground and inspect the coils. Monroe makes a "quick strut" assembly that includes a much better quality spring, new strut, and strut mounts. Very easy job to replace the entire assembly. Check the fronts in the same manner and get a 4 wheel alignment after repairs are complete.
