Do you hear the pump running? Is there any security lights flashing?

Being that it was -20 I would guess your from MN or NoDak. If MN the gas already has ethanol in it which absorbs moisture so the chances of a frozen fuel line are just about 100% zero! I've been in the business for over 13 years and have yet to run into a froxen fuel line as the cause of a no start. My bet is on the fuel pump. They are already a week component and rely on being surrounded by gas to stal cool. Run the tank to empty (more than likely a plugged fuel filter which also adds to the stress on the pump) and you leave the pump suseptible to overheating, even in -20 degree temps.

I would guess you have at least 80k miles on it? This is about the average mileage for the first pump on these. You'll get way more miles with frequent (every 30k) fuel filter changes and keeping the tank at least 1/4 full.
