My Regal is now leaking coolant from the lower intake. Shop said between $1000-$1500 to do, depending on what's found during the procedure. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, and have done work on cars before. (mostly older, non computerized cars) Is this something that I can do myself? Any good links for my reading? It's not leaking badly yet. I have to top the coolant up every month or two. Oils gone milky, but oil is still clean, so I think (and the mechanic) it's still in the early stages.
