If you don't have a graphics program to work on those digital photos, you
might find
something on Freeware (Free) or Shareware (trial software - pay later) web sites...
I essentially don't have any "disposable income", so I employ a lot of "Freeware" when I can find it.

If you have a Digital Camera, quite often they give you some sort of Digital Photo 'manipulation" software (on a CD) that might
allow you to get your digital photos ready for posting on this site....maybe (?)
