My dealer charges, 100 to repack the front wheel bearings on a 2wd and 180 on a 4wd. I would assume it is the same thing in your case accept you are paying for new bearings too.

Brakes up front would be 180 installed (OEM parts; just the pads) at my dealer.

No clue as to what the bearings cost. So 650 probably isn't to far out of line.
