I can't predict the numbers you'd produce, but I do have to say this: i-VTEC is nice because it has an adjusting cam gear, but it does not have VTEC loves on both cams, its much like the SOHC VTEC in my Civic. The S2000 has DOHC VTEC (lobes on both sets of cams) and that might be able to pull big numbers (hence the 240hp from the S2000). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would love to try it, money permiting.
