Most likely what you are seeing is a dye that has been added to the AC refrigerant to help identify the kind and location of any leaks. Cars often now come with the refrig that way from the factory, and shops like to use the dyed refrig for easier leak detection. The dye also is UV sensitive so that with a black light it is more visible and even more so with yellow glasses on. I wouldn't be surprised the ac oil is giving you your belt problems. Yeh man, MAJOR MEGA DITTOS!!!
