The photograph your friend has taken appears to be the showroom of "Oakfields" a car dealer in Hampshire (
www.oakfields.com), the majority of the cars in the picture are either up for sale or have been up for sale recently with the exception of the Mclaren. It is possible that the Mclaren is stored for a client or alternatively owned by Oakfields, as an aside a picture of their showroom on there own website has the Mclaren shown although that could be out of date.
