I'm sorry to read about your ongoing issue. I've been monitoring various webpages on behalf of Ford and I haven't seen anything about an outlet problem. I also checked in our system and I didn't see anything that applies to this.
I'd recommend that you contact the dealership's Service Manager. If they are unable to diagnose the issue, they do have access to Ford support.
