Started up the vanimal today after replacing the PVC valve with an AC Delco one and it sounded like a rod knockin, the idle was so rough and low that it almost woudnt run. Still a code 32 was the only thing showing on the dash so for kicks I thought I would pull the EGR off, I loosend only one bolt and took it out when the EGR fell. WHAT THE F*%*. Come to find out it was a bad casting and the thing cracked due to the vibration of normal driving. I took it back to the parts house knowing they would never replace the part but to my surprise he did take it back in exchange for another EGR. Installed the new EGR and now were back on the road.
