Exactly.
There are too many variable involved in order to come up with a number. What parts are installed, what's being used to tune, how much psi is the turbo set at and most important, what condition is everything in... You can spend $25,000+ on a motor and everything and be making 0hp because it won't start or run. Only way is to get it dynoed.
