The elbows are located as part of the tensioner assembly. See link below. Common to get coolant leaks at these. Other issues causing coolant leaks could be UIM or LIM gaskets, radiator hoses, heater hoses, etc.

The water pump is located at the right side (passenger) where you see the serpentine drive belt since the belt powers the water pump and other accessories. |
The leak I am getting is a very slow one. When I park my car on a flat surface the car doesn't leak but when I park the car in my drive way which is at about a 45 degree angle(front of the car higher than the rear) I get a pretty good leak. Does any of this sound familar? If it is the water pump shouldn't I be able to hear a noise coming out of the pump?
