after doing a little more research searching for each problem individualy, I have found that the close door switch that controlls the dome lights and door ajar buzzer might be stuck.

I will try and spray some wd40 in the hinge and see if that solves some of the problems, but I am not sure why this swtich would cuase the 4wd and 4wd low light on the dash to pulse on and off randomly, or cuase the wiper blades to be werid like that as well.

I am a little confused as to where this switch is located though, always have had a hard time trying to read and imagine where somthing is, so if anyone has a IBP or somthing of this area please let me know.
