Re: engine light, please help.
Usually an O2 sensor error caused by something other like the lack of a tune up will cause the Check Engine Light to come on only when the error occurs and will go of when turning off and restarting the engine. If the error is solid, you have a bad sensor or wiring. Sometimes just unplugging it and reseating the plug will fix it.
