Cool, thanks for the help... The other question I have is that the bushings also came with a metal sleeve, but I didn't need it for the shifter, is that for the stabilizer bar as well?

Well... I don't know much about how syncros in the tranny work... It doesn't grind every time, but the other thing is that when its in gear, there's a fast rattle coming from the shifter. If I put some pressure on the shifter with my hand, the rattle goes away. Does that give you any other ideas?
