Well... You could just take it to a muffler shop and tell them what you want on it and they'll do it. Assuming that you are correct about the no emissions law where your at, they shouldn't be able to give you a problem with it then...
However... If your more of a do it yourselfer, you could pick up the piping at
www.extremepsi.com and just make the exhaust yourself. I have gotten plenty of piping from them and it's pretty good quality for a decent price...
