Speaking of LSD... the Si tranny I just picked up turns both axles in the same direction... is that awesome?

I didn't think any Si's ever came with LSD... but then again, my DX tranny will spin both tires on a launch... so meh.

As far as your tranny being from a CTR, Frodo is right, if it's cable, the CASING didn't come from a CTR... the gears still may have. You can swap the gears from any B-series trans into any other B-series trans, with a few exceptions. That includes the LSD...

The odds of that having happened are highly unlikely tho.

You can tell if you have LSD by jacking the car up by the front cross member, and turning one tire... if the other one turns in the opposite direction, or doesn't turn at all, it's an open diff. If the other one turns the same direction (forward or backward) and you can't have someone else put their hand on it and stop it while you're turning the other side, then it's LSD. (Or a locker, again, highly unlikely.)
