"If the piece that is broken off is in one or two pieces, you can use an epoxy to glue it all back together. I like Plastic Welder (stinks like he** but just about any 2-part epoxy will work. I'd use a clear formula so it isn't as noticeable if some happens to squeeze through during setting. Make sure it sets slow enough for you to put all the pieces in the right position before everything becomes permanent."
DITTO - two part epoxy is your friend on these old truck dash pieces. You use it to cuild back up the area that is missing. Also, don't be afraid to "slather" it on. The screws were made to tap themselves into the plastic on the first assembly, they will do the same thing with the epoxy, after it hardens.
