Was there maybe a hood, trunk, door, or glovebox light that was on for an extended period while you were working on the car? You might try charging up the battery. The electrical system on these cars is very sensitive to strong batteries.
You shouldn't need to reset the computer, but if you have access to a scan tool, scan the PCM for codes prior to clearing the codes (effectively resetting the PCM).
Did you have any of the appearance covers off the top of the engine during your work? Maybe you disconnected the Idle Air Control motor, or didn't get the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor reconnected tightly, or didn't get the intake air tube properly connected/secured.
What happens if you give the car some throttle after it starts, will it say running? Does it run smoothly?
