If you can find it get some Duplicolor Primer sealer and spray that over the primer. Also if you go to an Automotive supplier that deals in paints etc. for real cars get DYNATRON PUTTYCOTE glazing spot putty. It is a two part mix. It is designed to seal other fillers and putties, it is the finest grain putty available, it can even be polished to a shine, it's great stuff. Dynatron is owned by BONDO and Bondo sells something called Bondo Ultimate at WAL-MART and K-MART that might be the same because it uses a blue hardening cream also and it costs allot more than regular BONDO. Give it a try you won't be sorry.
