Have bought the same SWB kit, also started by someone, and was thinking to transforming it into something better. Now that you started the LWB I might do a Zagato version, as soon as I get enough courage for it!
PS: Buy a Tamiya primer rattle can and show us the previous two 250's with some primer on them, don't keep us waiting like this!
