I would drain the oil. Water inside the engine will eventually evaporate but the question is how much dirt or other stuff got blown into the engine? You might be able to wash off the head with solvent and let it flow to the pan and out of the engine. Then it will take a oil change plus another after running the engine for about an hour. Also change the filter each time. Good luck.
