If it's really just the anti-sway bar end links that are broken, it's not a safety hazard so much (if you drive sanely) and it won't cause further damage to keep driving with them broken.

If you have a tendency to do high speed cornering or drive roads that have a lot of rolls to them, then it could become a safety concern for you and others on the road as your car won't handle quite as well.
