tdo5 is not a t3. about the hf manifold, you will need to do some heavy porting or it will flow really restrictively. any turbo will fit on the hf manifold, you need an adapter plate though, no turbo will directly bolt on. the chrysler new yorker, if i remember correctly is a tdo4 turbo. you can get t3s from alot of cars. volvos, thunderbirds, saabs, etc. the thing is if you are doing homemade turbo project, i recommend that you rebuild the turbo before putting the turbo on. i didn't rebuild mine, and it leaked oil. beware of the turbos off of volvos, they are really good, don't get me wrong, but its a hassle to get it to fit on the hf manifold, due to the big ass wastegate, you have to make a special adapter plate to make it clear the block. i had a shop make the special plate and it fits perfectly. when getting turbo off used cars, make sure there is very little to no play, as this will tell you the condition of the bearings, etc.
