What motor was originally in the 91?
Not sure what needs to be done, this might be a headache. 95 is the beginning year of OBD2. 91 is OBD1.
Did you swap over all the wiring, sensors, and ECM from the doner car?
Might have to go get a prom chip from a 1994 or prior with the 3.4 motor.
You could try unplugging the TPS sensor and starting the car to see if the idle still races. (remember if its unplugged, and the car idles good, that doesnt necessarily mean the tps is bad)
