I'd run a vacuum check with a gauge just to see whether overall engine vacuum is in specs. Just use a simple, inexpensive 0-30 in-hg automotive vacuum gauge. At that specific point at idle you should see a solid 17-20 in-hg. Acceptable range is 15-22 in-hg.
